Role Summary:
Our Chubb GTA/Mississauga Branch is expanding, and we are looking for a strategic Fire PMA Sales Representative to join the team who is a high-performance sales hunter that will grow our fire service portfolio in the GTA market. We are looking for someone that will own the territory, build the portfolio and drive the growth.
This is a net-new business development and account management position focused on capturing market share, displacing competitors, and building long-term recurring revenue through Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA). This is an existing vacancy.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Generate net new PMA contracts across commercial fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Proactively target, penetrate, and win new business within assigned territory.
- Identify competitor-held accounts and execute strategic conversion plans.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline that consistently exceeds quota.
- Close business that drives sustainable recurring revenue growth.
- Account Management striving for excellence.
- Execute disciplined prospecting strategies including cold calling, site visits, networking, and referral generation.
- Conduct building audits and risk assessments to uncover compliance gaps and service opportunities.
- Develop compelling value propositions that position Chubb as the superior life safety partner.
- Drive urgency and confidently close business.
- Leverage service and inspection touchpoints to generate upgrade and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build multi-site and multi-service agreements that increase account value.
- Maintain a proposal backlog sufficient to exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
- Own your numbers. Deliver against defined sales targets and KPI’s.
- Maintain disciplined CRM activity tracking and forecasting accuracy.
- Report competitive intelligence and market trends.
- Operate with urgency, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Job Requirements:
- Proven hunter mentality with demonstrated success generating net-new B2B revenue.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas in service-based or technical industries (fire protection experience is a strong asset).
- Confident prospector who is comfortable with high outbound activity levels.
- Skilled negotiator and closer who thrives in competitive situations.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance driven.
- Strong business acumen and ability to sell value over price.
- Must have a valid Provincial driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel within territory.

- Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
