About the Role
We’re looking for a Fire Alarm Sales Representative who is either experienced in fire alarm systems or eager to grow within the life safety industry.
In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop solutions, and support projects from initial conversation through proposal. This includes a mix of inside and outside sales, client communication, and occasional site visits.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate and manage sales opportunities (both inbound and outbound)
- Prepare proposals and review project requirements
- Interpret basic electrical drawings to support quoting
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person site visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Work toward and achieve sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in fire alarm, life safety, or a related industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of NFPA, OBC/NBC, and CAN/ULC standards (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with Notifier systems is an asset
