Project Manager
Job Summary
3S Incorporated is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to enter the essential and rewarding field of life safety systems, with comprehensive training provided, no prior fire protection experience required.
The position involves direct coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, as well as hands-on involvement at job sites. Candidates must be prepared for frequent travel or be open to relocation for long-term project assignments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in project management while contributing to critical safety initiatives across diverse environments.
Responsibilities
- Communicate status and coordinate work with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers.
- Conduct site walkthroughs
- Review project specifications and drawings
- Write scopes of work
- Develop and maintain internal and external schedules
- Solicit subtractor bids
- Frequent travel to job sites
- Manage project financials
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in Construction or a Data Center
- PMP Certification, preferred
- Professional communicator
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Great organizational skills
- Desire to learn industry standards
