Role Summary: 

The Mississauga Rack & Test facility is looking for an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator who will ship & receive inventory in a timely manner. This is an existing vacancy.

 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Order, receive products and parts for inventory and production orders
  • Confirms material counts as indicated on packing slips.
  • Transacts materials into inventory through the ERP.
  • Physically store materials on part shelves.
  • Assists with material allocation for production orders.
  • Packs assemblies for shipping.
  • Maintains RMA for shipping to suppliers.
  • Participates in the performance and completion of physical inventory counts.
  • Prepare all logistics paperwork required, create shipping labels, arrange for pickup
  • Manage allocation inventory and complete inventory transfer to branches
  • Participates in the recycling program.
  • Accountable for acting in a safe and responsible manner. Follows established safety procedures and reports on all accidents and hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintains company equipment and tools in good working conditions and promotes a safe work environment.


Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse activities in both physical and administrative roles.
  • Can lift and carry 50 lbs. for short distances.
  • Can to operate a pallet jack or willing to learn.
  • Data entry/keyboarding skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Narrow aisle forklift training would be an asset.
  • Previous work in a controls assembly facility would be an asset.
