Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative Position 

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative with a strong background in industrial and commercial fire protection systems. This role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and working closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver compliant, effective fire sprinkler solutions for industrial clients.

This position has a salary range of $75k-85k per year depending on experience 

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in industrial and large commercial markets
  • Manage relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and industrial end users
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and scope fire sprinkler system requirements
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bids in coordination with design and operations teams
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay current with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and industry best practices
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, job sites, and industry events

 

Job Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience selling fire sprinkler or fire protection systems, with experience in industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of NFPA standards, fire codes, and sprinkler system applications
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, project-based selling, or technical sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory 

 

Preferred Experience

  • Background working with warehouses, manufacturing plants, processing facilities, or large-scale industrial sites
  • Experience with design-build or engineered fire protection solutions
  • Existing industry contacts or customer relationships
