Office Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Administrator to support service operations. This position will set up all new service jobs, create purchase orders for material ordering, order service material, and assist with other administrative tasks where needed.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment, managing multiple deadlines, communicating professionally with customers, and accurately entering and maintaining data in our service-management systems.
This position has an hourly rate of $18- $24 per hour depending on experience. No experience required to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Review incoming setup sheets and material orders and confirm all required customer, site, and service details are complete.
- Create service work orders.
- Create po’s for material and order material.
- Maintain accurate digital files and service records in accordance with company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or additional administrative training preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or service operations preferred, but not required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field and office teams.
- Experience in fire protection, life safety, construction, service, inspections, or a similar industry is preferred but not required.
