- Partner with operations to plan safe execution of higher-risk work, including energized systems, work at heights, lifting, driving, confined spaces, hot work, and other field exposures as applicable.
- Support return-to-work, workers’ compensation, injury-management, and loss-control activities in collaboration with HR, insurance, and risk partners.
- Help standardize safety processes, documentation, and best practices across both companies while respecting local operating needs.
- Participate in customer, insurer, and regulatory reviews; maintain required records and support audit readiness.
- Travel to operating locations and jobsites as business needs require.
Required Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, facilitation, training, and coaching skills, with the ability to translate safety requirements into practical, field-friendly solutions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across operating locations and jobsites
- Willingness to travel regularly to operating locations and jobsites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
Preferred Qualifications

- Professional safety certification, such as CSP, CHST, OHST, or a similar credential
- Experience with workers’ compensation, fleet safety, claims management, insurance loss control, or contractor prequalification platforms
