Job Title: Transactions Analyst
Job Summary:
As a People Team Transaction Analyst, you will manage and process employee-related transactions while ensuring precision, compliance, and data integrity across HR information systems. In addition to processing day-to-day transitions, this role will play a critical role in conducting mass uploads of employee data, integrating new M&A populations into our HR platforms. You’ll support the People team by maintaining records, improving processes, and delivering vital reporting for business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Process a wide range of HR transactions—including hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations in the HCM system.
- Perform mass uploads of employee and organizational data, especially after M&A transactions, ensuring smooth integration of new employee groups.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, and IT teams to prepare, test, and validate bulk data uploads, resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment.
- Maintain and update confidential employee records, consistently upholding data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze regular and ad hoc reports related to HR transactions and workforce data, including post-M&A integration metrics.
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support process improvements, identify workflow inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements for greater accuracy, compliance, and speed.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on transactional processes including mass upload processes, HCM protocols, and data management best practices.
- Document procedures and maintain updated workflow guides and system materials.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or transactional HR roles; experience with M&A processes or mass data uploads is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud platforms
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in managing sensitive data.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be based out of our New Brighton or Centennial office. The pay range is $47,000- $70,600, AIP 5%, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
