Salary range from $70K - $110K based on experience and will be discussed through the recruiting process

Fire Sprinkler Project Manager Position
A Fire Sprinkler Project Manager is an industry trained professional responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and under budget. They act as the central point of communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Defining Objectives: Establish clear, attainable project goals and deliverables
- Planning: Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Team Management: Coordinating and motivating team members to achieve project milestones
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Monitoring Progress: Tracking project performance and adjusting as needed
- Delivering Results: Ensuring the project is completed on time and meets quality standards and client expectations
- Travel within the state to various job sites as necessary
Job Qualifications
- Life Safety experience and a NICET Level II Certification in water-based systems layout is preferred but not required
- 3 years of previous construction Project Management experience
- Degree in Construction Management is preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license; in accordance with Company policy
- Willing to travel within the state to perform work which may include overnight trips.
- Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check, if applicable
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Regular driving, bending, reaching, climbing, and walking.
