Fire Alarm Helper

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fire Alarm Helper to join our growing Fire Alarm division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the fire protection industry while working alongside experienced technicians in a team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will support technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
• Pull wire, install conduit, and mount devices
• Support troubleshooting efforts on a variety of major fire alarm system brands
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
• Interest or aptitude in electrical systems (or willingness to learn)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts at heights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Willingness to assist where needed and take direction from technicians

Compensation & Benefits: 

This role will be based out of our Plant City, FL branch. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family. Some benefits include:
