Role Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate Inspection Sales Leader (CISL) to join the team. This role can be based out of any Vipond or Chubb branch office 5 days a week, depending on the successful candidate’s current branch location for internals or Mississauga, ON branch for all external candidates. Our CISL will lead all inspection sales portfolio and growth of all affiliated companies including Chubb Fire & Security Canada Corporation.
The Corporate Inspection Sales Leader (CISL) is responsible for driving year-over-year inspection sales growth, leveraging inspections as a strategic entry point for recurring service opportunities and capital projects.
This leadership role combines strategic sales management, training, mentorship, and cross-office collaboration to build high-performance sales teams across our markets. To win, the CISL must coach and develop others, set and achieve ambitious goals, champion change initiatives, think strategically, manage challenges with resilience, understand and leverage talent, and demonstrate strong self-awareness.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, develop and mentor inspection sales representatives in collaboration with local branch leadership.
- Lead structured, multi-phase interview processes, including in-person cultural fit assessments if feasible.
- Facilitate onboarding and ride-along training programs.
- Conduct focused IMA training sessions post ride-alongs.
- Assign territories, set ambitious but well-calibrated goals, and execute business plans aligned with both market potential and team strengths.
- Recognize, cultivate, and leverage individual talents to maximize team performance.
Performance Management, Coaching & Change Leadership
- Provide hands-on coaching to improve close rates, sales metrics, and pipeline health.
- Resolve performance challenges and operational headwinds proactively, maintaining trust and team alignment.
- Champion change initiatives, ensuring new tools, processes, and strategies are adopted effectively.
- Advise and coach on sales techniques: cold calling, prospect identification, and stage-based sales processes for healthy pipelines.
- Hold monthly team sales calls and one-on-one reviews with detailed performance metrics (PTD/YTD %, pipeline, and cookbook updates).
- Maintain and evolve clear SOPs and sales training programs.
Operational Collaboration
- Partner and collaborate with local branch leadership.
- Support IMAs in proposals, pricing accuracy, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Foster internal sales relationships through Lunch & Learn sessions, quarterly office visits, and collaborative planning.
Data, Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Track and report market trends, team activity, and performance metrics monthly to corporate leadership.
- Apply long-term strategic thinking to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and sustain growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel to multiple branch locations for hiring, training, ride-alongs, and joint sales calls, estimate 50% of month (weekends excluded).
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, inspection or service-based industries
- Proven sales performance record with extensive industry experience in inspection sales. Documented success in meeting and exceeding aggressive growth targets.
- Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy in work and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and other relevant sales tools.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing service operations. Strategic thinking skills with proven results in expanding multi-market sales presence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to coach and develop others to achieve high performance.
- Change leadership experience — driving adoption of new initiatives, processes, or tools.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, overcoming resistance, and navigating complex environments.

The pay range for this role is (CAN) $100,000 - $120,000
