Location: Hybrid/Remote; Working from one of AFPG's Office Locations
Reports To: Corporate Leadership & Vice President of Inspections
Travel Requirement: Up to 50%, primarily Monday through Friday

American Fire Protection Group (AFPG) Fire Protection is seeking a Corporate Inspection Sales Leader (CISL) to support the continued growth of our Inspection Division. In this role is responsible for hiring, developing, coaching and leading Outside Sales Representatives focused on driving new inspection sales growth in partnership with our local branch teams.
This is more than a traditional sales leadership role. The CISL serves as both a sales leader and a champion of the inspection sales strategy, helping branches strengthen adoption, consistency, accountability, and execution across the field.

What You’ll Do
- Hire, onboard, train, coach, and lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives (IMA Sales Leaders) focused on inspection sales growth.
- Lead with care and accountability by setting clear expectations, reinforcing disciplined sales routines, and supporting team development.
- Partner closely with local branch and business leaders to align sales execution with local market opportunities.
- Serve as a visible champion of the inspection sales strategy and help branches understand its value in driving long-term growth and customer retention.
- Stay highly connected to the branch teams through regular branch visits, coaching conversations, ride-alongs, and relationship-building.
- Review pipeline health, sales activity, conversion trends, and performance results to identify coaching opportunities and drive consistent execution.
- Use field insights, lessons learned, and market trends to strengthen sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and influence outcomes through trust, credibility, and collaboration.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help team members grow professionally and achieve sales goals.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on trust, development, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with fellow Corporate Inspection Sales Leaders across APi Group to share best practices and strengthen team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in sales leadership, outside sales, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent.
- A positive, enthusiastic leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach, challenge, and support a team.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without relying solely on direct authority.
- Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to ask great questions, apply lessons learned, and improve execution.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, multi-location environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the month, primarily Monday through Friday.
- Experience in fire protection or a related service industry is beneficial but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
