Job Title: People Team Rotational Program

Job Summary:

Our People and Talent Rotational Program is a unique, fast-paced opportunity for early-career professionals passionate about people, strategy, and organizational success. Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured rotations across major People & Talent functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, People Analytics, and Business Partnering
• Lead and contribute to initiatives and projects aimed at driving a positive employee experience and supporting company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and employees at all levels to understand workforce needs
• Analyze people processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Attend workshops, trainings, and mentorship sessions to build industry knowledge and leadership skills
• Prepare and present insights, progress, and recommendations to People & Talent leadership at the end of each rotation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated passion for a career in People & Talent
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Adaptability and desire to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Benefits and Compensation: 

This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $51,500 - $77,200 (AIP 5%), depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
